      Decent brand name, thats it.

      Inconvénients

      Push you for quick start and then you are just on your own. BDP is more keen on their achievements rather than caring for advisors. Not good for someone who is new to the industry. Compensation is not straightforward, too many layers.

      Avantages

      Great company with excellent benefits. Training and support was outstanding. This was remote work filing disability claims. The job was great.

      Inconvénients

      Contract with VOYA ended and was not rehired with VOYA
