      Avantages

      Free products, fun colleagues, steep learn curve. I learned a lot during my time at THG.

      Inconvénients

      Terrible management ran by kids, favoritism, very bad pay with high expectations, micro management to its finest.

      Nice coworkers. Hybrid office policy.

      Inconvénients

      Absolutely no leadership or direction. There is a so called “SLT” who are meant to be the leaders which is a joke. The “President” who they shipped over from the UK is an ego maniac who over promises and under delivers and has no issue firing people at the drop of a dime. Priorities are never clear and strategy changes every single day. Somehow it always ends up being the fault of the staff while leadership takes 0 accountability. Oh and they cite a bonus structure in all contracts which is a lie because I don’t know of a single person who has received a bonus.
