Management focusing on the wrong things. Company's motto is "A people's company", but they are not standing behind it. Very big pay grade difference between managers and their subordinates. Even though they have a good practice of evaluating employees annually, they don't follow through their promises and career path. Company practice is also to give you as much as tasks possible, even though they are not part of your job. If you show that you are capable of completing various different tasks, be careful :)
