Perspective commerciale
Avantages
Good work-life balance, flexible hours, fully remote contract. Low pressure, low-paced environment overall. There are different projects happening at the same time, which is good for extra motivation and take on new responsibilities.
Inconvénients
The company is not structured for the digital business, everything is designed for the offline business, including the overall strategy. Few opportunities to grow and no career/development discussions with my line manager. Some projects are missing a clear strategy and leadership.
