      Avantages

      Was able to work from home most of the time but that was mostly due to the transition from the pandemic.

      Inconvénients

      When busy season comes around, can usually be working 12-16 hour days to keep up with the workload due to lack of other engineers available to take projects.

      Avantages

      Very understand environment. I was able to learn a lot about how to operate in an office.

      Inconvénients

      Workload can be a lot, but talking to the engineer/management helped
