      Avantages

      Was able to work from home most of the time but that was mostly due to the transition from the pandemic.

      Inconvénients

      When busy season comes around, can usually be working 12-16 hour days to keep up with the workload due to lack of other engineers available to take projects.

      Avantages

      There is flexibility with working hour availability. Easy to work part time while finishing your degree.

      Inconvénients

      Many of the daily tasks are calling and recording conversations rather than actual engineering roles.
