Avantages

The entry level graduates will be smart guys who will make most sense to you.

Inconvénients

1. The mid level managers / scrum masters/ leads will mostly be from IT companies like Infy, Wipro etc. who will screw your life. 2. The flexible work timing is fading away fast. 3. You will be judged based on the amount of time you spend in office rather than quality work that you do. 4. If you are joining as a graduate, you may be getting good salary as compared to the employees of the vendor companies of Telstra. They will be jealous of you for this reason all the time. 5. The higher management just won't care about the entry level guys. The mid level managers will be the guys with ultimate source of truth to them. 6. You will be a "graduate" for 3 years if you join this company straight out of college.

Avantages

real remote arrangement for most staff

Inconvénients

There is no direction except cost reduction. While revenue is a concern, there is no general understanding on how to remove internal barriers that stop revenue from coming in. Business model is not sustainable and it is surviving by selling off asset and business at the point.
