      Avantages

      Learning something useful with my supervisor and technician. Could meet customer and ask the FAE in America about related questions.

      Inconvénients

      I like the atmosphere there, quite open and positive. And the colleagues there are all nice and kind to me.

      very flexible with rotational program. They really care about each employee.

      Not very remote friendly. Some times can feel like a cog in the machine.

      Poor mentorship from management, lack of clear instructions, advocating for self can be seen as not aligning with expectations
