It pays the bills and helps you deal with horrible/rude people

Inconvénients

The management team is absolutely horrible. They do not know what they are doing and micromanage everyone. You have to clock in and out because they do not trust you even though you are salaried, it is insulting. I felt like I was working at a factory. They underpay everyone and the favoritism to others within the company is evident. The company culture is truly miserable. Everyone that works their is secretly unhappy and it is so obvious. The office is quiet and depressing. Everyone gossips and they really do just fire people for no reason there is no job security here. They have HR track where you go on the cameras and do not follow standard labor laws. They will yell at you if you talk and you only get 30 minutes to eat your lunch. I advise you to actually listen to the negative reviews because they are real... The positive ones are people within the company just writing these. Good luck working here there is no direction, organization, and they won't help you at all. YOU CAN DO BETTER FOR YOURSELF than working here trust me.
