      Good benefits, poor value alignment - Avis employé Senior Manager Unit4

      Avantages

      Unit4 is trying to become a "true SaaS" company, with higher profit margins, and only recurring revenue. These are ambitious goals and offer great opportunities for the career minded. The employees are incentivized to participate in innovation and growth initiatives. Work/Life balance and benefits are great.

      Inconvénients

      The alignment with Unit4's own principal value "People First" with regard to its own personnel in the Nordics has deteriorated over the last few years. Many employees feel frustrated over the company's increased globalization, process orientation, and declining regional performance. Working from abroad is not allowed more than 10 days per year.
