      - Colleagues and managers are open minded, flexible and inspiring - Flexibility (hybrid model 1 day per week at the office) and workschedule is flexible as long as you bring results - Unlimited vacation days (just the feeling of knowing you can take more days than your normal entitlement bring a sense of peace even if you don't use that many days) - Opportunities for growth if you are ambitious and top performer - Interesting projects. You can voice your ideas and help implement them - Good meal allowance in Portugal - Work life balance is taken seriously

      - Projects could be implemented faster, as stakeholder alignment can take a while
