      - Lying about qualifications, like claiming a Ph.D. from Stanford and still getting hired, happens. - Non-favorites endure collective suffering under management. - Witnessing regular instances of showing up drunk or high at work. - There are only one or two competent technical leaders.

      Inconvénients

      - Management escapes accountability for bad decisions. - Same individuals receive training and conference opportunities annually. - Top talent won't stay for long. - Retained talent is often subpar. - Promotions are decided through popularity rather than merit. - Leaders enlist LinkedIn influencers for self-promotion.

      Advancement opportunities, great at developing skills, great place to learn a skill and grow your resume, or grow with the company.

      Inconvénients

      Understaffing issues negatively affects all parts of their business. However, Walmart has increased their minimum hourly rate with hopes to attract more committed employees, and retain better employees.
