Productivity requirements are reachable (within ethic), resulting in opportunity for internal promotion to be exceptionally obtainable.
Inconvénients
Call-center environment (for those opposed to taking/making calls), lack of supervisor support to, de-escalate irrate calls, Unpredictable termination, frequent request to alter work schedule, prolonged process to complete paperwork for any change of, or offered employment status. Early release days due to lack of demand/business, causing unstable pay on any given pay-period. Work-place Gossip and Slight favoritism amongst seasoned agent's.
