Avantages
If you are a content designer or service designer the technical design knowledge of the people working at frog is very high.
Inconvénients
While the interaction and service design knowledge is great at frog, the user research knowledge is quite limited. As in purist User Researchers. Also it is important to understand that frog is part of Capgemini which also contains Capgemini Invent. This creates a very political atmosphere (multiple fiefdoms) challenging for similar contracts (in addition to competitors).
