Place has gone to hell in a hand basket. I have loved working for mindSHIFT over the past few years. The opportunity to assist clients and expand my knowledge has been my biggest priority and I have been able to fulfill those working for mindSHIFT, until now. There is no structure and accountability for Customer Care Technicians. T1's used to troubleshoot and provide decent information in cases that were escalated to T2's but that is no longer the case. In the past a customer could call in with a simple issue and have it resolved in a reasonable time in most cases. These days you can expect 2-3 day turn around in resolving simple issues with outlook. I can not recommend that anyone looking to advance their career work here unless it is simply to get your foot in the door. Management consistently hires technicians with no real experience or knowledge then refuses to give them adequate training then blames their failure on other staff members. As I have said I loved working here until know and I will take the first opportunity to leave that I can.
