      Avantages

      Management is highly transparent with a habit of communicating with all employees through town hall once a week. The doors are open for the employees to discuss and resolve the issues with the leadership team. The heirarchy reporting system is crystal clear. Great place to work with diversified culture and I produly announce that in my 25 years work experience I can rate 4most on the top among all the companies I worked. It was my life changing decision by joining 4most.

      Inconvénients

      Sharepoint is well organized, but need improvement in the online HR system called Cezanne as it is not user friendly

      Avantages

      Good company if you are concerned about salary and you can get 30 percent more than the market standard and not about anything else. The projects will be from tier 2 UAE banks and nothing much to learn.

      Inconvénients

      Biasness in hiring based on region is a real and known issue in India, and it often shows up very clearly in team culture, communication patterns, and decision-making.
