Avantages
Company has good infra (if that's what you look for in a company - I don't) Well established brand (till some two years ago) You are not expected to work much beyond usual hours and also you will not be working from home, which is a really good thing since work life balance can be maintained (although some days work from home could be a boon).
Inconvénients
Lots and lots of stupid nonsensical rules. I will state here few - Once entered, you cannot leave company premises before 12.30 (!!). Again after 2.30 same rule applies till 5.30. You can get breakfast till only 10.30 although it has dedicated canteen. Same goes for lunch, it's allowed till 2.30. You are supposed to keep chairs arranged and desk clean at all time, else HR mails follow. You are not allowed to take calls in lobbies, or anywhere where the management can see you. When someone from top management comes, you have to leave the lift for him/her. There is a big carpet on ground floor which occupies about 80% of floor - you are not supposed to step on it !!! All the housekeeping staff is asked to use backside stairs and lifts, which are well hidden so they cannot mar the great view company tries to project. I hate superficial things and thus the
