Avantages

Flexibility in scheduling and work from home.

Inconvénients

Wages are dismal and does not increase in time. Thus also may be due to the low wage situation in Japan.

it was a lot of fun to work. good pay for the work hour that you are putting into.

Inconvénients

not so much of career advancement.
