- Management has a detached reality from other staffing - Lack of incentives to work hard (no recognition, pay and praise wise) - Absolutely useless front line staff, refuse to be a customer here as the service is abysmal - Recommendations for business and process improvement just get the head nod and nothing gets done regarding it - Systems are 10 years outdated - Its basically high school, who you know not what you know (you can have all the project management experience and prior experience and won't get the role because someone knows the recruiter or their team leader) - They praise their genuine values, however, this has all been pushed aside and there is no accountability from high level management
