New CEO Michelle is very profit focussed since taking over her sights have been set on making money and forgetting about the people that are making her the money, dealing with the backlash of long wait times, back to back calls, days so stressful that despite the pushing of "focussing on our wellbeing" (which is entirely unhelpful when you're ABSOLUTELY slammed) it all just leads to complete burnout.
work from home staff are an after thought, the communication was terrible, the celebrations in the office (public holidays, birthdays etc) the office would be off taking 1hr "breaks" while the wfh team was left with the crazy amount of callers waiting in queue.
the 1 time per year the WFH staff were able to socialise with the rest of the company was cancelled for reasons that remain undisclosed
The training was 'remodelled' after spending some time mentoring the new trainees it was very clear just how underprepared they were, very basic things were bypassed in training I was left feeling very sorry for the newcomers.
Some of the strongest minded people I know in this company have left due to complete burn out and mental health struggles arising from this company and lack of support and understanding
