      I had the opportunity to grow my skills working in another area of child developmental problems. It is a pleasure working with children and their families in their homes.

      Lack of hours and training opportunities.

      Avantages

      Most jobs come with a good and a bad, each review should be taken with a grain of salt. This is probably the first place I’ve worked at where the supervisor is honestly invested in what their staff wants. She listens and she delivers.

      Inconvénients

      It’s tough being at a site that is essentially an island from the others. Administrative staff is constantly revamping things that really do not need it, and they do it in a way that makes zero sense to staff that uses it daily.
