      Avantages

      OK to learn the industry and the other companies in it. However do yourself, and your wallet, a favor and get out after 2 years max.

      Inconvénients

      - Pay is well below others in the industry (35-40% is not unreasonable and there are tons of other companies in the same industry in the area) - Ownership will try and nickel and dime you in every way possible and is only looking out for themselves.

      -Cant really name any, maybe the schedule is 8.5 hours per day rather than 8 hours per day

      None that are worth mentioning

      Inconvénients

      Horrible company. Condescending salesmen, insane turnover rate, nepotism abound, egomaniacal owners, and a complete lack of communication with management. If employed, they might ask you to sign their NDA (I didn't), which would be fine if it weren't for the 5 year non-compete clause. If signed, this would disqualify you from working for any other HVAC company for half a decade. The incentive offered to sign this? $1.00. Not kidding.
