      Avantages

      The environment is relaxed and the managers strongly promote flex time. Work-life balance is great. It is very easy to shift hours around for appointments and flights. Working from home is acceptable when necessary.

      Inconvénients

      The benefits and pay are poor. No maternity/paternity leave or 401k match. 2 weeks of PTO which has to be accumulated from day one, and includes sick days, vacation and missing work for any reason.

      Avantages

      company not far from home.

      Inconvénients

      very prejudice work place, its not what you know its who you know! force you to not have a life, work 72 hours a week made mandatory by management. If you are not Hispanic you will get the worst jobs and the worst conditions. Management has forced me to work on Sundays against my religion. worked in conditions that were not safe and when complained was given an ultimatum. very unethical only concern is the all mighty dollar.
