      Avantages

      The mood within the company for the past five years have been on the uptrend. Many opportunities for the growth. Management is open to people doing job rotation.

      Inconvénients

      Many uncertainties and many things to improve and stabilize. These are not really Cons in that sense - take them as many opportunities to shine.

      Avantages

      Inspirational that it came back to power .

      Inconvénients

      Mid-level management is very bad. Lot of PMTS roles. Of which majority lack technical knowledge. They are just talking talking with zero technical contribution and wasting time for other employees. Cut down the meetings too. Random call requests from Mid-Level managers who are PMTS, SMTS via IMs and they tend to run for longer duration with less to no technical discussion
