The best company where I have worked so far and the product is insane! I started last week with my onboarding. I have never seen such a good onboarding in a company. Every process is well documented, and meetings are scheduled to meet the teams and managers of each team. Within one week, you perfectly understand how the business operates, which tools are used for every process, and I guess I had around 20 1:1 to start getting to know my colleagues from every team. The culture is just insane! Everyone operates as a Mini-CEO, working responsibly while taking care of each other. The sentence "it's not my responsibility" doesn't exist. I am keen to have a drink after work with everyone that I have met so far. That's unique because that was not the case coming from EY. In case you look for a job just give Appinio a call. We look in every team for new colleagues that can help us. My application process was 2 weeks and after I had the contract in my maibox.
Inconvénients
Salary is ok, but definitely on Startup standars. Otherwise there is nothing else I could write about.
