Avantages
Once you learn your job, you pretty much work on your own. You can move up pretty quickly. I moved up within 3 months. Monthly company meetings. You get your own cubicle & they provide you with most of the tools you need.
Inconvénients
They start you out at minimum & expect you to work like a manager. I moved up & did not get a raise. On weekends there are no managers here & you are expected to handle everything on your own & managers are unavailable. You are moved around often in the office & can be moved up to a position & before you know it your back to a regular customer service rep. They don't value you or your loyalty. Managers come & go all year long. You get written up for dumb things if they don't like you, then those warnings add up & you will get fired. if there is a problem with the employees or customers no one does anything until it gets to potential law suits for the company. one day you can be their shining star the next they don't even know your name. On top of all this they make you lie to customers about everything. I would never recommend this company to anybody! You can bring in thousands of dollars in revenue for the company & they wont even congratulate you for it. One of their company's has changed their name 3 times... Employees quit on the regular as well as get fired almost weekly.
