      Avantages

      I can't say enough good about this company. ASEA is truly an incredible place to work. I get to work with awesome people and upper management is top notch. Chuck the CEO is one of the most likable people I know. This company is the real deal they live their mission, vision, and values. I hope to work for ASEA for years to come.

      Inconvénients

      There is a tremendous amount of work to go around. I wouldn't recommend working here unless you are a hard worker.

      Avantages

      ASEA has some of the best people I've ever seen in all the companies in my career in multiple levels of the company. The management team is very kind, and do their best. They care about the employees, and throw 2 fun company parties a year with a generous gift. ASEA also gives merit increases each year without fail, holiday cash, and when the company meets their goals, pays bonus.

      Inconvénients

      The company seems to be behind on process flow, how decisions are made, who makes them, and what priorities are for each dept. Company-wide communication could be more timely.
