      - Staff discount - Great support from management - Team feels like a family extending on to head office - Work-life balance

      Inconvénients

      There is one but I don't think you would really consider it a proper con. The thing about this company is that staff are so well-taken care of that no one really leaves so there is a low chance of career progression IF there are limited structural changes.
