The top executives have very progressive, forward thinking, unafraid to try new things. Most of them are also very approachable, as if almost no corporate gap thus making daily interactions easier.
One of the very few global consumer electronics companies that doesn't have the habit to do mass layoffs.
Inconvénients
Remuneration is at the lower end of the "market rate" and the benefits are nothing to be jealous of.
Long hours (really long hours, like until 00:30) are not uncommon.
