      Legitimate architectural works if you really want to practice your profession being an architect

      Inconvénients

      Too many to mention, from salary to management, promotion to salary increase, magic deductions in payslip. Imagine a job captain got increased of around less than 1,000 pesos. LOL. Just observe this company in Jobstreet, they're always hiring. Why is that?

      Most employees are millennials and gen z people. Plenty of departments to ask for help as well.

      Inconvénients

      Salary is good only for fresh graduates. Administration needs to pay more attention to the needs of their employees.

      Inconvénients

      -with only 5 leave credits, that’s insane -low salary -poor hr management -poor marketing events -software are not licensed -poor computer -owner is full of himself -overworked -filing overtime is a hell
