Working here is simply not sustainable because of how stressful and exhausting it can be. Staff is forced to work more than 40 hours a week and are assigned heavy workloads. Management is arrogant and out of touch with reality, forcing employees to meet demands that are simply unattainable. And not only do you have to put up with all of that, but the pay you get is pathetic it's almost laughable.
