Avantages

Wonderful people to work with...AP genuinely cares about people not just as employees but as whole humans. So much opportunity for not just career growth but general professional growth that will help you at AP and beyond. Working remotely is awesome but you have to be self-motivated and its definitely not for everyone.

Inconvénients

Hardly any! Compensation is comparable to the industry but process for comp increase is unclear.
