Avantages
I genuinely love working at AP. I find the leadership team to be transparent and approachable, and I love that no one takes themselves too seriously. The culture here really is exceptional, and I work with some of the best humans I have ever met! Despite being a fully remote company, I have been able to develop close relationships with so many of my colleagues. I've learned so much in my 2+ years at AP and hope to continue to do so for a very long time.
Inconvénients
It's a smaller agency, and we're very much at the mercy of our clients and macroeconomic trends. Because of this, promotions and/or salary adjustments can be harder to come by.
