Basically it is a sheet metal oriented organization. We can learn technically as well as the organization flow especially for freshers. The colleagues are friendly in nature, they teach you in easy way.

But the coordination was very bad when compared to other organization. Even though it was bad they make good team and team work within the department. In salary perspective it's very bad when compared to market standards. Increment process is also bad.
