      Inconvénients

      Things could be streamlined and made more efficient. Punches below it's weight in terms of marketing recognition and brand awareness. Some gatekeeping limiting growth.

      Avantages

      The NOC team works closely together, and knowledge-sharing is encouraged. Senior analysts and team leads are approachable and always willing to help troubleshoot complex issues. Supervisors are generally supportive and open to feedback. Daily performance reviews/data help keep track of progress and goals.

      Inconvénients

      Repetitive Tasks: Much of the job involves monitoring alerts and following standard procedures.
