      Avantages

      - Work 14/16 days a month on a 12 hrs shift. - Cab facilitiy - Shift Allowance - HR team is very much responsive.

      Inconvénients

      - Bad organization of Cabs facility. - No hikes and no promotion since 3 years. - You won't learn anything, coz no skilled people around although some are called Leads. - Team members are very very bad. - Facility are not up to the mark. - No recognition for hard work.

      Steady work, until it wasn't. Good variation of tasks with different customers

      Some incompetent people in leadership positions Decisions were made to appease leadership instead of customers
