      Avantages

      It's employment. Consider working here if you need a job desperately and they hire you.

      Inconvénients

      Good old boys club. Most employees are white men. The company culture reflects this. Slurs and general vitriol out of the mouths of managers and employees is too frequent to ignore. The company culture is toxic. The amount of waste and inefficiency even at the lowest level of government contracting is actually disturbing. Hundreds of people seemingly do not complete any actual work, or even show up for work, yet still remain on payroll.

      Avantages

      The company is growth-focused. There is a plan forward. And they still work off a 2021 DEI focused hiring plan.

      Inconvénients

      The company expects federal contract-billable employees to put in extra volunteer hours to help with company growth. They should PAY OVERTIME when requesting employees to assist with growth projects! No annual holiday bonus and 1% annual compensation raises!
