      Inconvénients

      Low pay, expectations to constantly do quantitatively better in “stats” than the previous week even if external factors make that impossible (permits, construction in progress, waiting for payment). Punished if not meeting these impossible benchmarks because there needs to be somewhere to place blame within the Hubbard Management System, and that blame never ever falls on management.

      Avantages

      If you’re looking for a place to start a career, this is a good company to work for. Any skill level (aside from technical positions for the most part) and they will train you. If you’re ambitious, work well with people and dedicated to developing and growing, you will be rewarded with opportunities to grow.
