La direction exécutive œuvrant au sein de cette société pendant que j'y étais (jusqu'en 2013) était la pire que j'ai jamais connue. La prise de décisions mal avisées, pour finalement copier ce que faisaient nos compétiteurs, ainsi que d'autres faux pas du PDG ont miné la société.

On copie ce que font nos compétiteurs, le PDG n'a aucun talent pour diriger.

I worked there for almost a year and my department was exuberant and supportive. It was a great place to learn about the credit union business and strategies. Quite liked their commitment to the community, and as with most financial institutions, they were sales focused.

Did not work on the front line, but call centre seemed down sometimes and so did sales staff. The environment seemed to be changing as I was there, however, with many positive people making efforts to change.
