      Tenure pay increase, the last one is after 3 years. Overall well paid

      Inconvénients

      A lot of changes which negatively impacted social media associates. This position isn't anything more than customer service but on social media, nothing to do with marketing. Doesn't promise a lot of growth and opportunities
