If you wanna know about the meaning of micromanagement, then do join this company. Employees working on internal projects are not human, they were being treated like an animals. They thinks that those who are working on internal project don't get covid infected that's why they used to call them to office during pandemic. Your voices/issues won't be heard anywhere. Freshers are being underpaid. Talented employees do not last here because of 8hrs/day work policies. All those positive feedbacks are just another blunder by clever HR team.
