      Avantages

      The projects and the overall tech stack are ok, its not great and not bad either. But overall, there isn't much room for your personal development and RnD.

      Inconvénients

      The company has micromanagement problems, and some people clearly are favourites of the management. Also facts are often overlooked in favour of feelings

      Avantages

      You get to work in different projects that give you the opportunity to learn new tools. Company culture is great, inspute of working full-remote, it still promotes quarterly team gatherings in Porto that are always fun.

      Inconvénients

      When the crypto market is down, incoming projects are as well, but in general the company stands by its employees even in though times.
