      Avantages

      Het zijn nieuwe gebouwen dus alles is hartstikke nieuw. Schone omgeving om in te werken. Goede kantine met redelijke prijzen. Regelmatig worden er dingen georganiseerd voor het personeel

      Inconvénients

      Het werken op de productie afdelingen is saai en geestdodend. De beloning voor het werken in ploegendienst is gewoon veel te laag. Is nog geen 6% op maandbasis en dan werk je ook nog tot 23:55 uur in de late dienst. Dit is ook op vrijdag dus je hebt dan wel een heel kort weekend als je maandag om 6 uur weer moet beginnen. De pauzes zijn allemaal voor eigen rekening (1 uur totaal), terwijl de machines gewoon door blijven draaien. Als op een afdeling alle 3 de werknemers weer snel ontslag hebben genomen moet er toch wel ergens een lampje gaan branden op managementniveau.

      Excellent company who retains employees if you put it the work.

      Avantages

      Lots of opportunities for growth and exposure to all varieties of the medical device lifecycle. Vertical integration is truly special for this and you will become a better engineer at this company. Overall positive culture, I have a friendly relationship with my management and I've enjoyed working with virtually all my peers.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is lower than market average and you will need to put in more than what you'll get. There is also ambiguity on the metrics management assesses team member growth for promotions or pay increases. Work/life balance can get rough particularly in R&D depending on the project.
