Employee discount 10% at argos and 20% at homebase, great rewards website with loads of benefits, great if you need part time but good also if your willing to put in the effort you can get more hours. Easy to get a job over peak Christmas period, always varied and loads to do. Customer are generally happy to shop there as oppose to going Tescos etc. Great incentive for customer service with love2shop vouvhers. Friendly team
Inconvénients
Sometimes asked to stay on late unpaid but this is most of retail industry, sometimes very difficult as customers do not like return policy
