      Avantages

      High level of autonomy and many opportunities to develop and potential for advancement. Global presence and a great product range with strong support materials from the global team.

      Inconvénients

      Not a completely pleasant work culture. Lots of finger pointing and no accountability. There is a high staff turnover as a result. Operational procedures could be better.

      Awesome place to work. Great culture and balance between work and home. Bosses LISTEN. Company is always trying to improve.

      Inconvénients

      Growing slowly, a lot of pressure to improve rapidly but resources are low. Frustrating.
