      Good place to learn and leave.

      Ascom was once a great company to work for; however, under Nicolas Vanden Abeele's leadership, it has unfortunately transformed into a toxic work environment.

      Avantages

      Awesome place to work. Great culture and balance between work and home. Bosses LISTEN. Company is always trying to improve.

      Inconvénients

      Growing slowly, a lot of pressure to improve rapidly but resources are low. Frustrating.
