      Not anything best about this place management is completely included in each and every small work. narrow minded people old age people nothing to learn here

      worse hr they hides everything from you. don't have any proper environment for evolution process. cheap people cheap company. don't have any policy and SOP for anything

      Avantages

      1) Your will get many think to learn and get experience in Oracle DBA. 2) Some other tools to learn which are related Oracle. 3) If you are fresher or 1 or 2 years experience and looking forward to get more experience then this is the best company go in.

      Inconvénients

      1) some time you need to work in holidays. 2) Some time you need to extend your working hours to complete the deadline given by client.
