Toxic work place - Avis employé Senior Account Manager Aspect

Massive lack of communication. Not clear management style. Managing director is volatile. Upper to mid management do not care about any issues. Extremely cut throat. I've seen 10-12 people sacked in a very short time frame in the last 4 months. No training provided and no training department. Team members constantly arguing in the office name calling and squaring up to each other.
