      Avantages

      Lots of hours available, some other staff nice.

      Inconvénients

      Very long hours, Seniors recieve a very small pay increase for 10x the workload, Very rarely saw management, Had to fight to get paid correctly, unappreciated.

      No proper staff welfare so staff keeps leaving and they keep recruiting
