Avantages
decent program, fun to work with kids.
Inconvénients
poor training - mostly in-house with no seminars/courses, not worth the $5000 bond with essentially prevents people from quitting. management is arrogant and the boss, D tends to raise inappropriate and sexist topics at work. At times, directed to staff. No compensation for medical, transport, etc. no sympathy even if you have a family crisis or if you are ill. Quite mercenary as many clients have feedbacked. Management tried to also suggest therapists work on weekends - but would receive no extra compensation, instead, we would get weekdays off. Also, we have monthly meetings outside office hours which we aren't paid for. This makes us seem mercenary too but it's just because we are not paid enough for all the traveling we need to do on this job and it's not fair that we don't get fair treatment at work. And there are way too many foreign workers at this company. At least half the staff are not locals.
